Expanding Horizons

The objects of the Society are:

a. To maintain a society that will provide excellence in the training and development of technical skating and skills for players of all ages;

b. To provide the infrastructure necessary to assist in the coaching and development of hockey specific skating skills and methods for athletes at all levels;

c. To identify, recruit and develop individuals in Alberta with the potential to excel as athletes and coaches in the sport of skating as related to hockey;

d. To provide an opportunity for athletes to compete in the sport of hockey locally, nationally and internationally;

e. To provide an environment which allows members of the Pure Sk8 Society to train with other athletes with similar interests and abilities;

f. To promote powerskating generally;

g. The support, promotion and propagation of a healthy lifestyle that can be achieved through activities such as powerskating;

h. The support, promotion and propagation of the objects noted above through other incidental or related matters.
